    We can't wait to get started as soon as we receive your order. Your gorgeous photo will be printed, cut, shaped, and transformed into enduring memories by us. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Return Policy

Non-Refundable Policy – MyMagnetales
At MyMagnetales, each magnet is custom-made with your personal photos, designs, and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted images, spellings, and design details are correct before finalizing the order.
If there is a mistake on our part (such as a production error or damage during shipping), please contact us within3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
